Please wear the watch on your left wrist and make sure the device's back part corresponds with the radial artery in your left hand wrist. -
Insert Nasal Accessory
Please clean excreation in your nose then insert the nasel device head into your nose up to 2-3cm and clip to the nasal septum. -
Turn on Device
Press on/off button to turn on the device, press again once second to start the treatment. -
Finish Treatment
After finishing the treatment, long-press the on/off button to shut down the device.
